Hi, I'm Seidel, and this is my workshop.
I'm a Brazilian AI engineer and researcher, and I've been working in tech for over five years. My experience is mostly in applied AI: training, validating, and building robust inference pipelines for real-world applications in NLP and voice processing. Throughout my career I've also worked with electronics, embedded systems programming, and more "traditional" data science.
I created this blog as open documentation of my studies and personal projects. Here you'll find posts and projects mostly — but not exclusively — related to my current work: fine-tuning, harnesses, inference setups, agentic AI, and voice processing. Most of what I learn ends up here as a post, and most of what I finish ends up as a subdomain on the projects shelf. Hopefully I'll manage a new post every week or two, and a new project every two or three months.
While for now I do not intend to make any money from this blog, the shop framing is a joke I decided to take seriously. A robot outfitter on a distant planet, selling retrofits to passing ships, is a fair description of what I want this work to feel like: someone arrives with a vehicle, the vehicle needs a part it does not have yet, and the interesting problem is the fitting.
Everything here is written, revised, and published by me in a very simple setup, with no tracking and no newsletter popup. I do use AI tools for coding and writing, but the ideas and opinions are my own. If something here is wrong, mail me and I'll fix it in public.
